Overheard at breakfast

Oskar to Annika: "Congratulations!"
Annika: "Why did you say grad-u-lations?"
Oskar: "Because that's what you say when someone does something great."

May I be so bold as to make a suggestion? By the time Kardynn is 8, please publish a book on these most wonderful things your children say! I will be the first to sign up for one!!! They are soooo precious!

PS - perhaps you could also just keep a log of how old they are when they say these things...

*hehe* Yeah, this blog is my attempt to do just that. My intention is to refer to it when I scrapbook so I'll capture some of it that way too. I use the categories to hopefully make it easier to find things at a later date. :)

My question would be was it in response to something she had done or just out of the blue? They do come up with some of the best. Perhaps we should be saying "gradulations" to him

Yes, he approved of something she had done...I think maybe she had finished her bowl of cereal or something. I don't remember exactly what it was...just what they said to each other.
