Okay, I'm going crazy posting recipes. I tried making a vegetarian version of
Mrs NilsenLife's Pomegranate Chicken. I thought it was pretty yummy though I have to be honest and tell you that part of what makes it memorable for me was the vibrant colors. Yummy!
